I take special care using dedicated equipment and storage for my gluten-free baking. There are no artificial ingredients, preservatives or additives. Baked fresh and shipped. Please note my gluten-free cake is prepared in a home kitchen that also handles wheat and other allergens, so it may not be suitable for those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.
